I installed the plugin, restarted the server and granted access to myself (admin), but when I type in /skin in chat I don't get any popup window.  All I get is unknown command.  I verified I have permission by trying to grant again and got the message that I already have permission to use "skins.use" and "skins.admin"

Any suggestions?  

I deleted and reinstalled with the same result.

Anyone?  I still can't seem to figure this out....

you are forced to add your own items and skins
