i cant get the plugin to show on my server even when i try and oxide.grant group default skin.use or any of them it cant find the plugin is there  a way to show it or am doing something wrong 

all its says it  skin.use or skin.allow doesn't exist so i dont know if there is something in the config file i need to change is there any way you can help

Looks like it didnt install.. Are you installing the plugin manuall?

Try removing the plugin. Then shutting down the server. And adding the Skins.cs file to the plugin folder in oxide. Then start the server back up..

It had a similar issue.
