so skins command work properly but everytime like in 1hour it just stop working start giving this error

"I'm sorry, you cannot use that right now"

can u tell me why i m getting this error now and then

and it get fixed everytime i reload the plugin .please help

What is your current Skins version used

its fixed i reinstalled the plugin now
