It is to have your authorization to post a script in .js for the Skins plugin.

It replaces the old skins-config-generator but it was created by another person who gave me his agreement to share the script.

We do not allow skin configurations to be posted with approved skins, but otherwise I don't see an issue as long as it isn't using approved skins either.
