Is there any way u can add the facility, where the default group can use (can see few skins) certain skin (skins.use) and VIP can use or see all skins (skins.use.vip).?

There is no way yet but I am will do something like that in future
hi - also looking for this. my use case is that there is a default set of skins that can be used. and a list of skins that are usable only by VIP or not usable by anyone but can be awarded thru kits.
