What's your problem exactly? You can do it with a command or by editing config. You can't find skins or can't add them or?
I wish someone would show me how to do this by editing config.
Just learn JSON, it's not about the config but the JSON itself. There is a JSON online editor website and I like it and it's UI consider using it.

They could if abused, but not likely common. Hence avoiding approved skins and sticking to custom or free ones.

Yes, you're right, my Rust server was in the category 'Community' and that's probably why they were banning the server's ip address :(
