The title says it all.

I installed Skins, and uninstalled it on one of my servers, now people sometimes appear naked even if they have gear on.

Does Skins change any configs that might be the cause of this? Whats going on? :)

If you have uninstalled it, then no, it does not modify anything that would stay after uninstalling it
