Items are getting Dumlicated that can be skined. I honestly am reverting back to older version.  This latest update for if it is a item that can be skinned.  The moment you do /skin and then you drag and drop the item into the skin window it then takes the item you droped into skin window and puts it back into you inventory and then lets you drag another item from the skin window into inventory and you have 2 of the items one that is skined and one that is not.

Everything worked fine for me. Could you please enable debug and append here output?
