I'm getting a black Rust logo instead of the given logo in the config file. Tried reinstalling with a fresh server, URL is working. Any ideas?

The url is working, but something ImageLibrary doesn't, you may force refreshing all image from ImageLibrary

Same problem. Any fix.?
