Can make it so other players NPC kill feed appears in the notifcation bar?

Mine are only displaying animal kills to other players. It doesn't display the NPC kills from other players. I am using scientist names plugin as well would this have something to do with it?

no when players are killed by the npc or other way around it will display the names correctly, make sure to set display npc in cfg is true

Yes it does display the new names but only my own appear in the top right notifcation menu. I can see other players killing NPC in my console log but theirs never appears in the notifcation bar for myself or others to see.

thats only for the npc's ? i have to test that out on my own server

Yes from what I can tell just the NPC. I use Better NPC and rustedit spawner npc.

same here but havent heard anything about it from my players, i will try recreate this see if i can find the culprit

Setting NPCs false after the update still prompts the message
"Show Npcs in Kill Feed": false,

in the feed itself ? or chat ? and for every type of npc
