The plugin works, but there have been no updates for 7 months. It was promised to add Heli and APC, but this has not happened. The author abandoned the plugin?

The current state of Umod is broken.

In the ideal world. every plugin would have a way for outside developers to offer pull requests, that could be voted in or used as needed.

Little things could be taken care of really quick, without all the people having to search for code snipets someone might of posted. 

It's not worth the time for someone to post code changes, as the maintainer tends to ignore, or mod moves it and it gets lost in oblivion.
