I have resized the photos to 400kb but when i try to put it up, it won't let me, saying "file size exceeds 1mb".  It's nowhere NEAR 1mb.    What the heck is going on here?  How do I get a 400k picture to work if sign artist is seeing 400kb as somehow being bigger than 1mb???
