Hey - Confirmed all the required dependancies are added. I have it set that jpeg or png does not matter. I've tried both anyway. I've tried various links. Each time, it always shows as a red blurry question mark. Any idea why?

This generally means the image link you used was invalid. Make sure you are using the direct image URL, not a webpage with the image on it.

Oy, dumb moment, thanks Wulf. I had tried importing it into imgur and that wasn't working either. I got it now. :D
In most browsers, you can right-click on an image and you'll see an option to copy the image URL.
