I used discord presence in the past for this but it requires the discord extension which sucks, i'd rather have it through plugin only.

Could you maybe add this? That it shows the online player count and sleeper count in its status?

This plugin is not possible because it uses webhooks.

Use the DiscordStatus plugin.
