i added it and i went to make changes but there was no config i removed and added it but still nothing ??

There's a folder called umod/logs when you have uMod installed. If the plugin didn't load for some reason, there'd be a log of it.

Sounds like you're trying to use this on an Oxide server; this plugin is for uMod only.
