Can you make same for rust because smooth restarter plugin is outdated? For oxide i mean.

This plugin is only for uMod, not Oxide. If you use uMod for Rust, yes it would work.

Smooth Restater is also quite a bit different than this one in terms of functionality.

uMod supports Rust as well, and has mostly complete backwards compatibility for Oxidr plugins as well.
