spent literally hours doing a ton of work on the panel, working on it to make it super nice and clean, just to save it, reload it and POOF all my work GONE. YES i did save it, but this happened a long time ago aswell and i gave up using the plugin. time to find a better alternative. 

I just spent the day editing a panel for my server and didn't have any problems or issues at all.  I'd have to say (based on your description) that any 'saving' issues would have to be on your side with your text editing softwatre vs. this mods becaue the mod only reads the JSON file.  Perhaps you should be managing this file elsewhere (e.g. on your home computer vs, directly on the server).  JMHO
