Not sure if this is something you could implement but could you add a decline and agree button on the UI so when the UI pops up when they join they must agree to the rules and then they can play or if they hit decline it would kick them/do nothing until they accept?

There is a plugin that already does that. This plugin isn't designed to do what you are suggesting as this loads AFTER they have already loaded in the game already.

I believe what Wulf is referring to is the other plugin. I personally have no plans in the future to add this to Server Info at this time.
