I'm getting told players are joining and reading rules that are old and do not apply to the current ruleset.
I do not have this plugin installed anymore and the GUI still pops up for players.
Can you assist with this?

Sounds like the plugin isn't actually unloaded then. How are you checking it?
I don't have the plugin installed.
I'm checking in my game panel, oxide>plugins> and there's no server info
I've checked for remnants everywhere else but there's nothing there.
