i cant change the text, its still first Tab and i cant reload the oxide grant

Did you reload the plugin after editing the config? It won't show until you reload the plugin.

I seem to have the same problem. Doesnt matter how often i reload or unload/load the plugin the config wont take over my texts. If i open the json its all written in there but server loads up the default panel always.

Then you have edited the config wrong. Post your config to pastebin.com so we can check it out or just run it through an online JSON validator.
