Unless i'm missing something this plugin only allows for search lights to target players on the ground, & attack heli. It would be cool if possible for the search lights to target flying players as well if it's not against original design. 

What do you mean by players in the air?

When testing this plugin before adding it to my server I noticed that the search lights don't target players in helicopters, but it does target attack helicopter. Maybe i'm missing something, but i set all the search lights to "all" & then to "heli" without any change.
