Would it be possible to save message into log (oxide log) from say <message> so owner would be able to see chat between admin and players?

You can use the Logger plugin for chat logging. The "say" command in this plugin is only for admin, not chat between players.

I did mean to see what admin was saying in global chat via *say .
Simply I am looking for solution to log chat.say command and message to be saved in to oxide log . Logger would save all commands executed on server right?

Logger would save what you want it to save to names log files.

Chat logging isn't really the purpose of this plugin, it is for admin commands.

Logger has separate options for chat logging last I saw. You do not have to use any command logging in it.

Say command does not get logget in chat. simply what I need is... players brtake rule and admin does say < warn player > and then player stil does not behave so admin ban him. Few hours later... I have players complaining so I do try check logs but I can not see anywhere messages executed via say command. Thats the only thing I am looking for and none of plugins can offer it unless I do something wrong. 

So basically you are wanting "say" command logging from the server AND chat logging in the same file, so that you can line up when warnings are? That still sounds outside the scope of this plugin, may be better suited for a standalone plugin or addition to a plugin such as Better Say or Better Chat.

Simply I do have amdins ( secure admin) as I do not want fully powered admins , and situation : player got warned multiple times but did not follow rules, got ban. He come with appeal via discord and I log on several hours later , check logs etc and simply I can not prove him he was warned. He say he wasnt my admin say he was, I do fully trust my admin but its not a point, point is I only ban when I have 100% evidence and in this simple case I do not have it.  So yes, ban and kick get logged in log, but message from say command does not. I think it would be great addition to secure admin plugin if this could logged in oxide log. Standalone plugin would do job as well. Tbh I would preffer it in secure admin since secure admin replace standard say command in game so I had to give myself perm as well to use again say. Thanks for your help wulf.
