I could not see name changes on scientists, I can see it when I spawn one of them on console... But I can't see it when I look at it's loot backpack. 

Hmm I guess it works for the regular spawned NPCs but not with F1 Console spawned NPCs so... it is not an issue, i guess...

Now it did not work with the Road Scientists ... I may want to check what is going on.
