/sm was only intended as a short form of the command. You can still use /scheduledmessages instead. I won't change /sm but I could add a different short form of the command like /smsg.

but the serverconsole has an message, that ur plugin has an conflict with an other plugin, because the other plugin (https://umod.org/plugins/sign-map) use same command like ure plugin

I see, I'll be uploading a new version hopefully within the next hour or so and I'll remove /sm at the same time.

Update v1.2.0 has been released. There should be no more conflicting, the command is /smsg rather than /smg as that made more sense in short form.
