I made a private server and I want to disable mandatory rust wipes. My server just wiped because of the rust update and we lost all of our progress. Its only a few of us so we dont want the fast wipes like other people please let me know if this can restore my lost maps from before a wipe cuz We dont want wipes!

You can restore the last ".sav" with it. That works mainly seamless between updates with NO procgen changes.
when there was a procgen change, then it's not recomended to restore cause of probably changed terrain-data.
Does the plugin save/restore all the buildings, inventory in them, and resources?

Works if map generate procedure doesn't change.
its a custom map but it will not change after some final cuts and adds from me then it will be the same map for a long time (keirox paid map)
