This is happening on our most popular server and it's happened for 2 wipes in a row.

All is ok at the beginning of wipe but a week in the following messages keeps appearing between 5 times a minute and once every few minutes causing quite a lot of lag.

Calling 'OnSamSiteTargetScan' on 'SAMSiteRange v1.2.7' took average 1015ms

Just noticed this myself, perhaps someone will pick up this plugin, Anyone out there have a fix?
