Started happening after the latest game and Oxide updates.

I'm not able to reproduce this. Which version are you using and what steps do you do to reproduce?
Latest Oxide version (v2.0.4200), latest plugin version (v2.0.0). Also tried downgrading to v1.2.0 to test just in case - before you started using the cansamsiteshoot hook, since some hooks are currently not working in Oxide.
Just fly over a SAM site and it will eventually shoot at you (and others authed with the TC). Sometimes immediately, sometimes you need to fly around them a little bit before they start shooting. Was working perfectly before the game and the Oxide update.
I also use the SAM Site Range plugin. I tried disabling it to check for any interference but it didn't help.
