The samsite hooks were added in april. The earlier versions of this plugin does not use it. Try v1.2.0, it should work for you.

It's worked, Thanks, unfortunate it doesn't has the option to shoot the patrol hely, but still, better than before

with samsite.alltarget true in console, samsites will shoot patrol heli, npc ch47 etc. But you're correct you can't exclude heli after setting it to true.
