can you add config for drop active item on restrain .

like in my server i dont want player to drop stuff when caught ....... line 1310

I built it this way because I hadn't come up with a method to prevent a user from using the currently equipped item while restrained.
Example: You can still shoot while restreained.

I will look into protential ways to prevent this behavior and add a config option.
