Want to make it so people can use the escort or unrestrain if they have a key, gave players rustycuffs.usecuffkeys, rustycuffs.unrestrain, and rustycuffs.escort, but if they dont have rustycuffs.use then they cant do any of that

I believe if they have the .use perm they can only do both of those things?
