It is possible to make a sucessful server or a budget, right now i use a game host are these stable enoguh?

Game host are good if you find the right host.
Decent Rust server will cost ya for a decent plan. $8-$20 plans just wont cut it. Depending on how many players you want.

Depends on the kind of server you want. If you want a small 60 pop server then yes. Otherwise a decent server host will run you $50-60/mo and if you want any of the decent plugins like you have seen on any high pop servers, you are going to have to pay for them. To the tune of $30-40 each plugin. I tried the available version of every plugin out there and they are not what is being used on the high pop servers. At least not the important ones.
