Perhaps if so many people are having troubles understanding what you want, instead of down talking them, maybe just maybe make yourself a little more clear.

And believe it or not, we all have...

The issue as in "an important topic or problem for debate or discussion."

We simply changed the IP for this particular node and it was back to normal, but that's beside the point.

Server1: servers shows up instantly in the ingame server browser
Server2: takes a lot longer to show up than Server1
Both has the same geographical location, same server specs, but different IP. Both has 0 ms response time for clients in the same city.

The topic for debate: What's the cause for this difference? 

I am also having @haggbart situation. Same exact thing. 1 year later...
Both servers are exactly the same but IP are different... our server takes over a minute to show up.
