Is there a way to make these items craftable again? I've already been able to get ahold of the blue prints for these items but I'm hitting a wall when it comes to them showing up in my "craftable" list when I actually try to make one.

Items have a "craftable" flag, however most of the servers item properties are not synchronized with the game client.
Meaning, a developer could potentially allow an item to be craftable on the server, but the game client would still not be able to craft it as the player would not see the option in-game.
Any developer is welcome to try it, and if it doesn't work now, it may work later (as FP is known to add these types of synchronizations) but I would not count on it working.
