cmd0 are not executed but cmd1 yes...

Right click => Start now => its same, no message appear in chat (i'm in game for see)

Maybe because there is no command? You've just typed random text in it. To broadcast message to chat there is "say" command.

RustAdmin => tab sheduled => new command => set hours and message and what is wrong so?

command need to include chat.say command? (after try, nothing..)
