Hello there if not noticed there was a tiny rust update. After updating client and server oxide is at the time that post was set not able to load up (19.02.2019)!. Just as an informer for the devs. Happy rusting @all.
Update was released 7 days ago.......

Try updating server again.
there was an tiny update today! oxide isn´t loading up! there is no need by using the same files again that failed to load up the server fully.
same problem..
Ah so they released another. Have to wait for oxide to get patched for new version.

Merged post

When rust releases patches it's best to wait for oxide to get patched also before updating server.
If not then just run server vanilla until oxide gets patched then update oxide.
indeed. but seems like there might be another update soon. last update couses some errors/warnings
I cant find any information about this update. No tweets or anything.....
you didn´t get a tiny about 9-10 Mb big update via steam for rust?

There are no difference between TINY and HUGE update. Files get overritten. Overritten means you loose oxide's patched files and get original rust assemblies. Just download Oxide again. https://umod.org/games/rust/download

Mark thread 'Solved'
just reload the oxide files into your server folder! Update just had overwritten the files and also for oxide nedded files. Solved the problem.
Just to be clear, installing an old version of Oxide will install old Rust files on your server, generally downgrading your server and negating the Rust update your just applied. We directly patch and modify the version of Rust at the time that Oxide build is made, so if you want the current DLLs, then a new build would need to be made which patches the current version.
