It isn’t a firewall issue if Oxide isn’t even installed. The firewall comment was regarding your first log file, where it appeared to have issues downloading the compiler. You will continue to have issues if you do not get that issue resolved, as the compiler is checked to see if it needs an update each time the server starts.
