Hello brethren!

We need help with this new server that was created. We are trying to set certain rules and updates including:

• the decay to 0 for the buildings we are building.
• Also, how to enable the no kill option for players that enter- not to kill other players. 

I tried different steps but its not working. 

**Currently running on a cloud server with Hostinger.
