I have several servers and have never had this issue last for more then a few days or even weeks before it fixes itself.

However its going on 2 months and I have no idea what to do to fix it and facepunch is dumb saying that its not them but its clearly them. My hosting company looked into it and the information is getting to steam and is updated to steam, but not getting from steam to FP. 

Anyone know a fix?

I have the same issue.  I've discovered it has something to do with my VPN.  When I am using NORD on my PC and I connect to Rust, I cannot see my own server's Banner (which I am the creator) or text info.  I can see others, but not my own.  When I turn off my VPN, restart Steam, then Rust (Sync Issues if you don't ) .. then I see it fine.

You can safely go online without a VPN ... I only use one because a handful American Companies refuse to allow you to connect from South Eash Asia.  I moved to the Philippines, and this started happening since then.

There are no spelling mistakes in your server.cfg and serverauto.cfg, like "2,3" instead of the dot "2.3".
Or that you replaced "2.3" with "False"?

Server.headerimage and not server.logoimage.

The image needs to be sized to either 512x256 or 1024x512.
It also needs to be in either .png or .jpg format.

Scaling up to a nicer resolution? Which then makes your image size more than 1.5 MB; it does not work. This is also an important point to take into account.

You will not only have to have the dimensions correct but also definitely have to stay below 1.5 MB.
