Is there any way to change the text color, and or add a prefix to the players names that are in the default team list? (on screen)

Yes,  the free UMod Plugin is called Betterchat.  You can callout the Titles or Ranks to be desplayed, or use other plugins such as Player Rankings / Player Ranks (a Leader Board).  You can also call out colors, not only on the given titles, but the players name and their chat text.  Changes are made through the Data Folder, not the Config Folder.  You should Unload your Plugin before making changes, but it shouldn't require a server restart.  I love this plugin!~

He is asking about changing the default rust UI that displays the team below chat screen Betterchat can not modify that and change the from green to any other color.
