I recently started running a server on Linux.
However, the server FPS is very low.
When I used the top command, I found that with 8 cores, the CPU was only being used at about 130%.
I would like to increase the server's FPS, so I would like to know about multicore settings and settings that will increase FPS

I have 8 cores, so shouldn't the maximum be 800%?

Rustserver runs on one core only, plus a 2nd one for network functions. Your extra cores are used during server startup, but during normal operation they are not used.
