Players park their Camper in arctic research, and then just respawn a bunch of times to collect a lot of red cards, and then drive off with a dozen of them.  Any ideas how that could be blocked?

Have somone make ya a plugin to have the camper get blown up if no one is around it for x amount of time or have it take damage in the monument every x seconds. or disallow spawning in camper in at the monument.
