So we all know in Vanilla Rust how if you were to buy for example, metal frags from outpost for scrap, you can only set the buy amount to 10. Is there a plugin or way to increase it to 100? I see modded servers like Atlas 5x have such a feature.

This is determined by the amount stocked in the vending machine, which can be controlled by the Custom Vending Setup plugin. You can control the stock amount when editing a vending machine in-game via the plugin.

I see.. would the plugin also be able to get rid of that stupid refresh screen after purchasing something from the vending? (I haven't had time to hop onto the server and edit anything yet)

The Instant Buy plugin can remove that.
