Looking for a plugin that will allow a starting-from-wipe time-based raid protection for all players, configurable for building material type. For instance, for the first 12 hours no raiding at all (even twig), first 24 no raiding past twig, first 48 no raiding past wood. It would be cool to configure allowing eco-raids on wood doors, sheet metal. Anyone doing anything like this? Offline protection is NOT what I'm looking for - just allowing breathing room.

It's a good idea, perhaps post it as a suggestion on the NoRaid plugin forum.
