Is there a way or plugin to allow players to not have the 12 turret limit?
Limit of 12 turrets
add this to your server commandline
+ sentry.interferenceradius 0
+sentry.maxinterference 40
and you should be ok

On my server its called the (custom)Commandline but i think that is the server batch (startup) file
