Is there any script I can run or a plugin to use on my server that can disable bradley's spawning on the road? I only want a bradley at launch site. I should say I upped the spawn rates to 0.3, that's why there's so many bradleys around.

The road bradleys are part of the wipe event. You can disable it with:

eventschedulewipeoffset.event_hours_before_wipe 0
