Do you have Mono installed on that server too? If so, it should be uninstalled.
Does it have to do with this folder as well?

No, it would be a standalone version of mono that is not part of the game or Oxide, but instead something that would have been installed on your system through Unity or standalone.
I do not know if I have it installed, is it a game?
I'm going to look for a video to see how to remove, if I really had that was the problem?

No, installing is a simple extract and overwrite, if the compiler does not work, there would be a conflict of some sort on the system. With there being so many potential culprits, it's hardto really pinpoint what would be causing it to error. I've gone through all known causes already though, so I've pretty much exhausted the posibilities there.
