Is there a mod that increases the stability for a specific structure or server wide that would allow players to build taller than normal?

I've seen the better-no-stability mod, but I'm not looking for something that can built up or across indefinitly, just maybe 30% more than vanilla.

Any ideas?

Whats the math on that, for ever .01 I can build 10 stories hire than vanilla?

.01 would allow you to build even higher. IDK the formula sorry
