It has come to me that some players keybind crucial heavy plugin commands to purposelly lag a server. 

Any easy solutions?

The only way to mitigate that outright is to put in a chat flood kick. Or disable the plugin of course.

Check the config files, there may be a cooldown you can set/increase. If not, perhaps add one if you are familiar with the code.
