Hey guys! I have returned to Rust after over a year break and have decided to make a Server again, this time on Softcore and I noticed when exploring the underground tunnels that there are zero workcarts spawning, does anyone know why this might be?

They spawn in the maintenance tunnels, which attach to the train stations. Some time back, they used to spawn right at the train station.
