Before you all start flaming me. My server is vanilla, I installed oxide for "Smooth Restarter" and "Vanish". The facepunch posting I saw, says that Vanish is allowed, but doesn't say anything about Smooth Restarter being accepted. Would having Smooth Restarter make my server be considered Modded? Thank you.

It should not be a problem because only restart the server. When you have a good game panel, you can restart without additional plugins, so for me looks fine. But let's hear other opinions because, for example, some things possible via RCON also can be done with plugins and are not allowed.

So there is a way to automatically restart the server without using plugins? I tried using Rustadmin to do that, and it pretty much shutdown the server but not restart it. If I had a way to set the server to restart automatically, then I could delete Smooth Restarter and see if the server moves to Community from there.

Servers are not automatically assigned to community/modded, that flag is set as modded by default in the Oxide config file. You have to unset it if you want to be listed in Community.
